Their claim? They exploited a vulnerability in an Oracle cloud storage system used by the FBI.
This breach allowed them access to several platforms, including FBIJobs, which handles background checks on employees and applicants, FBI MedLink for medical records, and FBI BICS, which contains investigative information. In a statement posted on X, the FBI mentioned they are still trying to determine whether the hackers gained direct access to their systems or breached a third-party provider.
