So, how can one best tackle bruxism? Some potential solutions include wearing a mouthguard at night to protect those pearly whites, utilizing devices like CPAP machines for those linked to sleep apnea, and making lifestyle changes to reduce stress—like cutting down on alcohol, stopping smoking, and eating healthier. For severe cases, Botox might be a viable option, but it’s essential to understand the underlying causes of stress that lead to grinding.
